Room was very clean and quite large.

We booked a non-smoking room but when we arrived were told only smoking rooms left. They let us see the room and we told them we did not want it and we would find somewhere else. Magically they found an unoccupied non smoking room for us!!

The room was untenable ,stinking of stale cigarette smoke it was so foul my wife and i both had sore throats the next day, our clothes and luggage were also contaminated.In addittion the receptionist slept on the floor of the reception office where i found him still in his sleeping bag when i went to complain at checkout

It's good if you want to stay close to Venice beach for 1 or 2 days. It's low cost but do not expect too much, Free internet and at good speed.

Everything. Our stay was easy and smooth. Lots of fast and good food near by. Plus easy access to all beach citys, Orange county, LAX and LA county.

There is nothing to like. It's regular American Motel.

I don't like laction. It's among really busy street. If you like wake up at 5 am it couldn't be a problem. After it is very very noisy. A lot of big cars ride just few meters from your window. Additionally it is quite long distane to the beach. Next time I prefer to stay 3 miles far away in the same price and much more better quality and neiberhood.

Close to where we had to be early the next morning, with a reasonable price. Relatively quiet and beds were comfortable.

The general lack of cleanliness in the room, such as the stained furniture and carpets...the attention to detail cleaning in bathroom was lacking. There was a rat hanging around the stair case, which was kind of creepy.

Location is excellent. Very close 2beach and other important businesses I.E. Costco, mcdonalds, walgreens, gas, etc. The hotel help desk were very patient n helpful. Housekeeping are helpful also. Its not a 5star establishment but it is good for the money. U I would stay there again. I was there for 3nites, 4days.

The personal was very helpful and give us good recommandations and help us by some problem. I could recommand this hotel!

The bathroom shower wasn't clean, the refridgerator was broken. It was on a noisey street, the area didn't feel safe at night.

Good size room and bathroom (we were in an ADA accessible room). Amenities included cable/internet and microwave/fridge. Parking was easy.

I'm satisfied with this motel with this price. It looks like just finished renovation.
